What exactly is the Enlightened Elite Society Business Journey?

It’s a highly curated, luxury business retreat bringing together a small circle of 7-figure+ entrepreneurs for one transformative week in Morocco.
You’ll experience a blend of strategic mastermind sessions, meaningful connections, cultural immersion, and rejuvenating experiences — all designed to help you expand your business, energy, and life.

Who can attend?

Attendance is by invitation or referral only.

Every participant is an established 7-figure+ business owner who is successful, kind, and growth-oriented.
If you’ve been referred by someone in our network or believe you’re a fit, simply apply — each application includes a short interview to ensure alignment.

Do I need to be a current client of Australia Business Coaching?

No. While many participants are returning clients or Society Members, new applicants are welcome.
Every new delegate simply goes through a short interview process to ensure the right group chemistry and energy.

What’s included in the retreat investment?

Almost everything.
Your investment covers:

  • >> Luxury and boutique accommodations across multiple Moroccan locations

  • >> All meals (excluding alcohol except for one premium champagne feast)

Flights to and from Morocco are not included.

Will I know the itinerary in advance?

We keep the detailed itinerary private to preserve the element of surprise and exclusivity.
However, a full schedule is shared with confirmed delegates upon registration.

What’s the investment and are there payment options?

Society Members may use their membership vouchers as partial credit.

How many people will be attending?

We intentionally keep the group small — typically 12–18 participants — to maintain intimacy, quality conversations, and personalized experiences.

Can I bring my spouse or business partner?

Yes, on approval.
Each additional guest must meet the same criteria — aligned values, good energy, and ideally a business background that complements the group.
Simply note this in your application, and we’ll discuss the best arrangement during your interview.

Is the event focussed on business expansion and growth? Building networks? Or what else?

This  journey only has 3 short closed sessions and they are about aligning the business to increase quality of life and make success more holistic, a hot seat mastermind, and short sessions about energy and performance and leveraging freedom especially financial from business success.  

The rest of it is about new cultures and experiences to stretch the mind and create great memories. Being around high quality people that are established in a privileged setting is a great bonus and could lead to great connections and sometimes does, and definitely of value for the hot seats to get feedback from other established peers, but from most attendees this is not the purpose of the trip.

This is an intimate setting, not some networking convention and most people are already established and coming just for the experience and some because they will discover in a much better way. It is more about connection than connections.  There will be not much in terms of education about business growth specifically other than seeing the business in a relaxed setting at the strategic level and make better decisions while in a more creative mode.
